Medication Refills

*Please note medication refills may be slightly delayed
as a result of COVID-19.* 

ALL medication refill requests made during business hours require a minimum of 48-72 hours for approval. Requests made outside of business hours may be subject to a longer approval time.
Once approved, additional time is required for filling the medication.
Approval is separate from the actual fulfillment of your request and varies depending upon the type of request.
We must review your pet’s record, verify dosages, and confirm refill eligibility.
If your pet is past due for an appointment with us, a follow-up visit may be required in order to refill the medication.
This time requirement applies to all refill requests, including emailed prescriptions.

*EFFECTIVE June 8th, 2020 we will no longer be able to FAX any prescription requests, incoming and outgoing. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, however, we have many different options for providing prescription requests. *
