Our goal is to help you and your pet stay happy and healthy together through advanced diagnostics and optimal cardiac care.
Dr. Tacy Rupp has provided specialty care in veterinary cardiology to South Florida since 2000. She is the only board-certified veterinary cardiologist in Palm Beach county. She also has a special interest in advanced pulmonary medicine.
Dr. Rupp received her DVM from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1994. She performed a small animal internship at North Carolina State Veterinary Teaching Hospital, then returned to The Ohio State University to complete her residency in Cardiology and her Master's of Science degree. She remained at Ohio State while serving as a clinical instructor, sharing her passion for cardiology through teaching cardiology to veterinary students.
Dr. Rupp's cardiology practice is focused upon our most common patients, dogs and cats, (and the occasional ferret or skunk!) though she is trained to care for cardiac patients of many species.
The Cardiopulmonary Care Center is among a select few veterinary hospitals in Florida equipped with the highly trained staff and advanced medical equipment necessary to provide the best care possible for you and your pet.
Veterinary cardiology services are available in Broward county, Palm Beach county, and Brevard county to allow regional access to advanced veterinary cardiology care.
